When you've been working with someone for over 20 years, it’s time to give them a shout-out. Pukall has been family-owned and operated since 1937, so they know a thing or two about quality materials. They hold the distinction of being one of the largest softwood lumber mills in the state. They also manufacture solid wood flooring, paneling, wood siding, and mouldings, meaning what we get is the real deal, straight from the source. And as a builder focused on sustainability, it’s important to source local materials as much as possible

What keeps us coming back isn't just the top-notch materials, though. It's the people. Pukall's outside sales reps (shout out to ours – Dan Guglielmotto and team) are genuinely some of the best in the business. They're knowledgeable, responsive, and actually fun to work with. Whenever we're sourcing materials for our custom builds, they show up ready to help and get it done. That kind of relationship is hard to find and we don't take it for granted.
