Meet the Guys - Rhonda Sybeldon

Hello! 

In 2010 I filled the open role of Office Manager at Sauter Builders. It was right when the new office was opening up, and I was hired during that transition. I worked as Office Manager for 10 years until 2020. I had to leave for family reasons, however I was thrilled to be back on board in 2023! 

As Office Manager I enjoy organizing anything and everything, interacting with our guys, subcontractors, and clients, and helping out wherever I am needed. I have always been intrigued with the building process. Because of this, I dove right into learning about building homes and am still expanding my knowledge today. I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what was needed and how I could support the team and clients throughout the entire process. This ended up being very helpful, as the job has come to require that I dip my toes into most aspects of building, including pulling all permits for each of our custom homes or remodels. 

Outside of work, spending time with my adult children and my grandchildren is my priority. Spending time with friends is also a must. I thoroughly enjoy being out of doors: Hiking, gardening, snowshoeing, downhill skiing, kayaking and cruising on my stand-up paddle board. When I must be indoors, I enjoy trying new crafts, puzzles, playing games, sewing, quilting and bowling.
